Advanced PBX Data Logger Update

Advanced PBX Data Logger has been updated.  PBX Reports: We've added imports of extensions names from CSV, Active Directory, Outlook. Reports for weekend and after-hour calls now use the settings from the "Trunk hours" page. Some reports bugs was fixed too.
