OPC Scada Viewer Update

OPC Scada Viewer has been updated. - Added support for OPC UA tags, enabling easy visualization of data from modern and remote OPC servers.

- Refreshed UI interface with new icons.

- We fixed several small problems.

- The possibility to set the width and height of groups of visualization blocks has been added.

- Added an optional legend to charts.
