Advanced Serial Port Monitor Update

The Advanced Serial Port Monitor software has been updated to version 4.4.23 build 324. - Refreshed the GUI (new icons).

- Fixed problem with the "TAB" ASCII character in scripts.

- Added a window with all ASCII characters in various numeric formats.

- Improved exporting the screen content to RTF and HTML files.

- Added a possibility to copy HEX data to Clipboard separated with spaces or 0x.
