A new version 2.1.1 build 1023 of the OPC-HTTP Gateway software is now available. What's new

- A REST API for your software. "http://gateway/api/v1/" takes and answers JSON with real types: numbers, true/false, strings and arrays, data type names, etc. OpenAPI Generator, NSwag, Postman or a similar tool can prepare ready-made calls for every request in your language.

- OpenAPI for the classic requests too. "/openapi.json" describes the existing requests the same way.

- Write arrays. An array tag can now be written in the same form a "read" returns it.

- Read and write single elements or a range. "index" and "count" select a part of an array. On OPC UA the server changes the elements in one step.



What's fixed

- Boolean writes. "value=1" and "value=TRUE" now write true.

- One answer per request. A request refused for a missing parameter got two answers.

- Cyrillic and other non-Latin text are written correctly (OPC UA). The new version of the software you can download in the Download area [https://www.aggsoft.com/opc-http-gate/download.htm].
