Pdf Loggin Plugin

Hi
I need to capture a printer serial flow, convert to PDF an mail it.
I have buy and successfully activated Serial printer logger (enterprise).
I have download and install PDF Loggin and Internet sharing plugins.
Internet sharing works but PDF no. 
Events handling form continue to show "Not installed"
Where is my mistake?

Unfortunately, the Internet Sharing plugin can't mail PDF files.

Yes, you can create PDF files. The plugin is freely available here:

After install, please, open the configuration window and go to the "Log file - Log rotation" page. Then select the "Adobe PDF" file type.

To my surprise, I found nothing is wrong on my side when you mentioned about your problem. I guess this problem doesn't occur that often or it doesn't strike every user that purchase and upgraded it. I believe that wouldn't be much of a problem both because you have the entire support crew and online customer service team that would help you solve your entire problem when you needed them.
