Can anyone help in setting up PBX Reporter - It doesn't seem to see the logfiles and I can't see where to set it to look to the database.

Cheers,
David

Hello, David.

You need to configure the PBX Logger to write data to the PBX Report database. You may do it in the ODBC Database plugin.

Arthur, I am having the same issue. In the emails (Tracking ID G39-A2U-LLQY). I have tried the Option 2 found in " How to Configure logging to database using the ODBC Database module". Gone thru sets multiple times and I still get the Error of "It seems that Advanced PBX Data Logger does not write data to database. Please verify it setting." This is a new install. I should be having this hard a time getting this program to work.

I would recommend to re-install the program. This is the most simple way.

In the installation wizard select:
1. Create configuration.
2. Select your PBX.
3. Enable the "Write to database" option and select "MS Access."
4. After installing adjust the connection settings with your PBX.
